AGE: ideal for girls age 12 -19. Contact us regarding participants outside this age range. 


Teen girls face an increased risk of sexual assault or violent attack by strangers and people they know. This two part workshop addresses the dangers and provides practical information and tips to help girls incorporate personal safety into all of their decision making. This workshop includes demonstration of simple, yet effective, self-defense tactics along with follow up resources to practice at home.
